Collate Opportunities From Each Organisation

A good first step is to create a long list of project ideas. This should be as broad and ambitious as possible and may include enabling projects and/or direct emissions reduction projects (for example, improving insulation on the town hall, or a large biomass heat project). These ideas might be generated by a brainstorming session (advice on which is provided here), site walk-arounds or site surveys and audits organised by key stakeholders. A template for a workshop presentation on generating project ideas is also provided.
