The Low Carbon Cities Programme is funded by Defra and delivered by Carbon Trust and Energy Saving Trust.  The consultancy team is a consortium of experts in carbon management, event facilitation and change management.

          AEA Energy & Environment brings together the former Future Energy Solutions (FES) and National Environmental Technology Centre (Netcen) to provide a wide range of complementary skills and expertise to help tackle energy and environmental issues. Part of the AEA group, AEA Energy & Environment provides authoritative, independent consultancy and technical services to public and private sector clients, in the UK and internationally.  Drawing upon the extensive capabilities of over 300 personnel we deliver independent, robust and informative solutions across the energy and environmental arena including: energy and carbon management, waste management, technology assessment (including feasibility studies and due diligence), contaminated land, air quality measurement and monitoring, energy regulation and legislation, energy and poverty reduction, energy policy and strategy, and renewable energy solutions for the built environment. 

 

          Impetus Consulting specialises in assisting organisations maximise their potential through improving their environmental performance. We act as a catalyst to help companies, communities, local authorities and other public sector organisations reduce their ecological footprint, through training, sustainability reviews, developing initiatives and strategies, research, programme management, developing dialogue, enabling partnerships and developing networks.

 

          SE2 is leading on stakeholder facilitation and event management within the LCCP delivery team.  SE2 is a creative and committed company providing excellence in consultancy services in the areas of sustainability and climate change to a wide range of clients. As well as facilitation expertise, they also provide a portfolio of services from marketing and communications consultancy to strategic research and project management. Recent clients include the Sustainable Development Commission, the Greater London Authority, the London Fire Brigade and the Energy Saving Trust.
